A hotel on Mallorca with eleven rooms and no ambition to grow
It has no spa, no restaurant guide entry and no rooftop bar. It has lime-washed walls, a fig tree, and a woman named Nuria who remembers how you take your coffee.

The road up is bad on purpose. You arrive slightly annoyed and leave slightly changed.
Eleven rooms, thick walls, shutters that close properly. Breakfast is bread, tomatoes, oil and whatever the tree is doing that week. Dinner happens if enough guests want it.
What makes it worth the trip is not the design, though the design is quietly excellent. It is that someone has decided what this place is and refused every offer to make it more.
Worth knowing
Book the two corner rooms on the first floor. Go in May or late September. Bring a book you actually intend to finish.
